Its on the nightstand and I sue it before bed. IT keeps me from having muscle cramps in the night. Definitely massage it in with the top of the cover. It works great for me.

I recently tried out the pain stick and I have to say, I’m impressed. It also has a pleasant, subtle lemongrass scent that’s not overpowering.
I applied it to some sore areas on my back and thighs and within a few minutes, I could feel a noticeable difference. It did help to alleviate the pain and tension, and I felt more relaxed overall. I also appreciated that the cbd didn’t leave a greasy residue or feel heavy on my skin.
